I graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2007, the same year I lost an immediate family member to cancer. That’s when I realized we are here on this planet to live in joy, and I became determined to work only in jobs that brought joy to me and to others. I got my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento in 2014, and have been working as a therapist (LCSW 93373), writer and life coach since that time. Since I was a child, I have had a special ability to connect with others on a deep level. After some major life challenges, I was lucky enough to learn the tools I needed to find my joy. And I'm determined to help you find yours!
